Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule and prepare for duties at shift start.
• Prepare and merchandise deli items per plan and SOP.
• Serve customers, weigh, wrap, and label deli foods.
• Operate pizza oven and hot bar as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of surfaces, tools, and displays.
• Track and record loss as part of inventory control.
