Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of the shift, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties.
• Prepare deli items: make sandwiches, subs, roast or fry chicken, pizza, label and merchandise per plan‑o‑gram (POG).
• Wait on customers, weigh and label orders, and place deli products into containers.
• Operate in the grab and go lunch meat and cheeses section and produce items for warmers and hot bar per SOP.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors and counters.
• Track and record loss using known loss tracking (KLT).
