This role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible schedules including weekends. Prior retail or food service exposure is valued, with opportunities to grow within a welcoming, service-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work at a fast pace.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all deli products meet freshness and quality standards, including proper rotation and dating.
• Execute planograms and maintain accurate product placement and signage.
• Coordinate with department leadership on ordering and replenishment of deli items.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and freshness, ensuring proper receiving and storage procedures.
• Play a key role in compliance during key item transitions and promotional events.
• Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach when on the sales floor.
• Follow all company policies, food safety requirements, and sanitation procedures.
