The ideal candidate has 1+ year in retail or hospitality, strong attention to detail, and a passion for guest satisfaction. Flexible schedule, including weekends, is required in a high-volume grocery setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all deli products meet freshness and quality standards, including proper rotation and dating.
• Execute planograms and maintain accurate product placement and signage.
• Coordinate with department leadership on ordering and replenishment of deli items.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and freshness, ensuring proper receiving and storage procedures.
• Play a key role in compliance during key item transitions and promotional events.
• Follow all policies, food safety requirements, and sanitation procedures.
• Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach on the sales floor.
