Stauffers of Kissel Hill is hiring for a full-time Team Member at our Lititz Pike Fresh Foods location. The position offers an hourly wage of $21 and requires flexible day, evening and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Regularly lift up to 25 pounds and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Exposure to cold temperatures in coolers.

Responsibilities

• Devise merchandising plans and plan-o-grams with the Buying team.
• Trains team members in store policies, department procedures, product knowledge and duties to ensure productive work.
• Assigns duties and schedules shifts based on business needs and upcoming store events.
• Understands retail label systems and ensures correct pricing in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Supervises inventories to ensure accuracy.
• Be prepared to assume Department Manager responsibilities when needed.
• Coordinate with Buying and GM on merchandising, new product implementation and pricing.
• Monitor inventories and ordering systems to assist with supplies.
• Maintain and operate departmental equipment.
