• Identify problems, gather information, and develop solutions while communicating updates.
• Ensure new associates are oriented and understand department benefits and safety programs.
• Support store priorities, promote corporate brands, and reinforce safety rules and promotions.
• Assist with budget preparation and review department profitability.
• Provide clear direction and monitor progress of assignments.
