• Collaborate with associates to promote teamwork and achieve store goals
• Set department performance goals and empower staff to meet targets
• Schedule to manage customer volume across hours of operation
• Follow all laws, guidelines and food safety regulations
• Create welcoming environment and assist customers with product information
• Develop and implement a department business plan to achieve results
• Create and execute sales promotions with store management
• Inform staff about in-store promotions and seasonal ads
• Prepare seasonal critiques and implement promotional plans
• Monitor inventory and note discrepancies
• Update shelf tags and promotional signs for price changes
• Organize and supervise inventory processes and control expenses
• Train staff on inventory/stocking and CAO systems
• Ensure proper temperature control and safety procedures are followed
• Inspect equipment and report repairs as needed
