Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day deli operations including slicing, cooking, prep, case presentation, and sanitation.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise deli associates.
• Lead by example in performance, attendance, and attitude.
• Monitor department attendance and ensure schedules and timekeeping are followed.
• Coordinate catering orders and customer requests.
• Manage labor to match sales and productivity targets.
• Ensure cleanliness and high-quality deli product presentation.
