You will oversee scheduling, training, and performance reviews, while maintaining product quality, safety standards, and cost controls. This role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and a passion for fresh foods in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age with 2 years of supervisory experience and 2 years of deli department experience, or an acceptable combination of experience.
• Flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage and merchandise the department for productivity and profit.
• Order and manage inventory controls and product quality.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning, direction, and teamwork.
• Lead a team to deliver high quality products and superior customer service.
• Coach and evaluate team members; conduct bi-annual performance reviews.
• Attend in-store meetings.
• Recruit, hire, and promote/transfer in collaboration with the Store Manager.
• Address team concerns with independent judgment.
