• Create a fast, friendly environment and resolve customer questions and special requests.
• Execute merchandising plans, planograms, promotions, and seasonal sets.
• Oversee deli prep, slicing, cooking, packaging, and display upkeep per recipes and standards.
• Maintain attractive service cases, grab-and-go, and hot case displays.
• Manage ordering, inventory, shrink, production logs, and waste reporting.
• Build schedules aligned with sales and labor targets.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop deli associates with teamwork in mind.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, temperature controls, and regulations.
