Responsibilities

• Oversee daily deli operations with a strong focus on customer service and food quality.
• Create a fast, friendly, customer-first environment and resolve questions or requests.
• Execute merchandising plans, planograms, promotional sets, and seasonal programs.
• Oversee deli prep, slicing, cooking, packaging and merchandising per recipes and standards.
• Maintain attractive service cases, grab-and-go, and hot displays.
• Manage ordering, inventory, shrink, production logs, and waste reporting.
• Build schedules aligned with sales and labor targets; hire and coach staff.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, temp controls and regs.
