Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ year related experience.
• Age 18+; 21+ to drive per policy.
• Food Handler certification; Manager Food Safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners; schedule, plan, assign, and direct work.
• Review historical sales data; co-manage inventory and paperwork.
• Maintain sales performance, product quality and work standards.
• Enforce quality control and food safety; rotate dated products.
• Assist with slicing, weighing, packaging, and labeling deli products; catering orders.
• Check inventory on trucks; ensure accuracy of orders and paperwork.
• Promote product sales via suggestive selling and displays.
• Provide friendly customer service; greet customers and take orders.
