• Train and develop associates on job performance and participate in performance appraisal.

• Inform customers of produce specials and offer samples to discover new items.
• Review products for quality and freshness and take appropriate action.
• Create and execute a department business plan to achieve results.
• Assist management with budgeting, expense control and profitability.
