Formación

• High School / GED required.
• 3-6 yrs supervisory experience minimum.
• 1-5 yrs minimum in deli/food service.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Creates an environment that welcomes customers and promotes loyalty.
• Merchandises the deli per plan and maintains in-stock conditions.
• Delivers freshness, quality and value in daily operations.
• Leads, trains and develops associates; manages performance.
• Manages schedules to ensure peak-hour service with excellence.
• Maintains safety, compliance with USDA/COOL/DOA and food safety rules.
• Performs recalls and safety reporting as needed.
