Responsabilités

• Train, coach and observe team members in serving guests.
• Teach deli operations: mixing, scaling, cooking, slicing, finishing.
• Input merchandising decisions to store and dept managers.
• Execute marketing strategies and cross-merchandising in deli.
• Resolve guest and team complaints in a timely manner.
• Lead team to achieve store and department goals.
• Manage sales, gross margin, labor scheduling and standards.
• Be proficient in store tech (Ordering, POS).
