Coborn’s is seeking a Deli Department Assistant Manager to support the Deli Department Manager in running a successful department and delivering exceptional guest service. You will assist with deli item preparation, labeling, and packaging as needed, while also handling recordkeeping, inventory control and staff supervision.

The role involves directing staff when in charge, managing workload, and ensuring freshness by rotating stock and removing out-of-date merchandise.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Deli Department Manager with all functions of operating a successful department.
• Ensure guests receive remarkable guest service at the deli counter.
• Assist with slicing, weighing, packaging and labeling of deli items for guests as needed.
• Direct staff when in charge of the department; direct workload and train, coach and supervise.
• Maintain accurate recordkeeping, manage inventory, reduce shrink, rotate stock and remove out-of-date merchandise.
