Job summary

Coborn's, Inc. seeks a Deli Department Lead to oversee the Deli in the absence of the Department Manager, ensuring the Kitchen & Deli meet merchandising standards, remain fully stocked, and appealing to guests.

You will provide strong leadership to the Deli staff, guarantee quality and freshness of salads and sliced meats, and educate guests at the counter while engaging them with samples and suggestive selling. Health and sanitation regulations must be followed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Deli Department in the absence of the Department Manager.
• Provide outstanding leadership to the Deli staff and ensure guest service excellence.
• Maintain top quality and freshness of all salad and sliced meat products.
• Educate and assist guests at the kitchen and deli counter; engage guests with product samples and suggestive selling.
• Enforce health, safety and sanitation regulations and uphold merchandising standards.
