Coborn's Incorporated is looking for a Deli Department Lead to oversee the Deli in the absence of the Department Manager and to ensure the Kitchen & Deli meet merchandising standards and stay fully stocked. You will lead the team, ensure quality and freshness, and help guests at the deli counter with enthusiasm.

This role emphasizes guest engagement, product sampling, and implementing health and safety regulations while maintaining a fun atmosphere that draws customers and supports strong sales.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Deli Department in the absence of the Department Manager.
• Provide leadership to the Deli staff and ensure exceptional guest service.
• Maintain high standards of quality and freshness for all salad and sliced meat products.
• Educate and assist guests at the kitchen and deli counter.
• Create a fun and friendly atmosphere to attract guests and drive sales.
• Engage guests through product samples and suggestive selling.
• Understand and enforce health, safety and sanitation regulations.
