Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED and 1+ years of related experience.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• 21+ to drive for Company business per policy.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners; schedule, plan, assign, and direct work.
• Review sales data, ads, and promotions; co-manage inventory.
• Maintain sales performance, financial results, and product quality.
• Enforce food safety standards and rotate dated products.
• Prepare catering and deli orders; slice, weigh, label lunchmeats.
• Check truck inventory; manage ordering paperwork.
• Promote product sales with suggestive selling and displays.
• Provide friendly customer service by phone and in person.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment per safety procedures.
