Job summary

FiveStar is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Tompkinsville, KY store. You will greet customers, process sales at the register, maintain deli and sales floor cleanliness, and assist with food preparation following FiveStar guidelines and safety standards.

You must be 18+ with a friendly attitude, able to multi-task, and possess basic computer skills. Shifts include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school age 18+ or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly service.
• Perform sales transactions accurately on the register.
• Maintain store stock, layout, and cleanliness (deli, floor, cooler).
• Assist in food preparation and ensure food safety standards.
• Promote specials and suggestive sell on each transaction.
