Responsibilities

Greet customers, take accurate orders, and provide friendly cashier service.
Process payments (cash, card, digital) quickly and correctly.
Operate deli slicer safely to prepare meats and cheeses to spec.
Assemble sandwiches with toppings, condiments, and garnishes.
Follow portion control and recipe standards for all hoagies.
Maintain clean, organized workstations: sandwich line, deli station, counter, dining area.
Package takeout and catering orders for accuracy and presentation.
Handle phone orders and answer basic menu questions.
Assist with prep: cutting produce, refilling line items, rotating inventory (FIFO), restocking supplies.
Monitor and maintain proper levels of baked bread and deli ingredients.
