Kj's Market is hiring a deli associate dedicated to delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and product quality. This role involves assisting guests, preparing and stocking deli items, and supporting management with daily tasks.

Applicants should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly, and committed to teamwork and safety standards. Join our family-owned team in the Carolinas and help us create smiles.

Qualifications

• Effective communication, guest service and selling skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate superior guest service personally always.
• Ensure the quality of product for sale meets Floco Foodsstandards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department according to Floco Foodsstandards.
• Perform product preparation, receiving, ordering, stocking, and guest service as necessary to achieve standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
• Perform PA announcements.
