Qualifications

• Prior experience in a restaurant and/or deli preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and speak before groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous service to customers.
• Merchandise and promote store products; cooperate as a team member.
• Take food orders and assist in sales of Deli products.
• Keep the Deli case clean and attractive; rotate stock with cooks.
• Maintain clean Deli and kitchen areas; stock shelves.
