Are you passionate about food service and enjoy providing customers (we call them guests!) with delicious meal options? We are seeking a Deli Clerk to play a crucial role in food preparation and guest service in our retail grocery environment.

Job Description

What You’ll Do:

• Provide Helpful Service: Offer excellent guest service, greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns professionally.
• Guest Assistance: Help guests locate items and answer the Deli Department telephone professionally.
• Order Fulfillment: Receive, prepare, and fulfill guest orders with attention to detail.
• Customer Service: Address guest concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
• Quality Control: Inspect, rotate, maintain temperatures, and replenish deli products to high standards.
• Inventory Management: Maintain proper inventory levels and supplies.
• Food Safety: Maintain safety logs and adhere to safety standards.
• Efficiency: Meet quality standards by 10 am and 5 pm daily.
• Honor Commitments: Be punctual and communicate absences timely.
• Support the Team: Perform other duties as assigned.
