Qualifications

• Clear communication when taking orders in person or by phone.
• Experience preparing deli products, including slicing and portioning.
• Understanding of deli meats, cheeses and hot case items.
• Accuracy in labeling, pricing and order completion.
• Managing multiple tasks while maintaining workflow and service speed.
• Keeping display cases stocked and visually consistent.
• Processing transactions and making accurate change using registers.
• Following food safety, sanitation and company procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with varying customer demand.
