Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a friendly Deli Clerk to help customers select deli meats, cheeses, hot foods, and prepared items.

You will slice, weigh, label, and package products, answer questions, and contribute to a welcoming, efficient service experience in a fast-paced environment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the case, assist with grab-and-go options, and ensure accurate pricing and portioning.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate slicers and food preparation equipment following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math skills for weighing, portioning, and transactions.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior food service or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare deli products and assemble grab-and-go options for customers.
• Assist customers in selecting deli meats, cheeses, hot foods, and prepared items.
• Slice meats, portion items, label, and ensure accurate pricing.
