Aufgaben

• Accurately completes customer orders and assists in the sales of Deli products.
• Answers customer questions, makes suggestions to customers regarding various items for sale in the deli, documents and listens to customer complaints if the General Manager or Assistant Manager is unavailable, and engages with customers while maintaining productivity and customer service standards.
• Merchandises and promotes the deli menu.
• Accurately processes customer transactions via the scale equipment.
• Assists in rotating stock, learns and follows the basics of food preparation and sanitation.
• Restocks the Deli as needed throughout the day.
• Organizes the stockroom.
• Follows the opening and closing procedures.
