Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Deli Clerk to prepare fresh foods and create a welcoming customer experience in a fast-paced deli department.

You will help customers choose from meats, cheeses, hot foods and grab‑and‑go items while maintaining friendly service and efficient checkout. You will also keep the deli stocked and clean, display products attractively, ensure freshness and proper temperatures, and support fast-paced daily operations across slicers and prep stations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Operate slicers and food preparation equipment safely.
• Basic math for weighing and transactions.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Prior food service or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare deli items and grab‑and‑go options.
• Keep department stocked, clean, and displays organized.
• Operate slicers following training and safety guidelines.
• Assist customers in person or by phone and take orders.
• Ensure product freshness and monitor temperatures.
