Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Deli team member to slice, package, weigh deli products, and assist Members in selecting items. You will maintain deli display cases and the overall presentation of the department.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments, stocking, rotation, adhering to food safety standards, and supporting club policies. The role emphasizes teamwork, speed, accuracy, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Work experience in a deli department preferred.
• Prior experience operating manual/power slicers and scales preferred.
• Knowledge of deli products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides a high level of customer service to Members. Answers questions and recommends deli items.
• Slices, packages, and weighs deli products, including cheeses and meats. Helps Members select the correct products.
• Receives and inspects deli shipments. Displays, stocks, rotate, and stores deli products following food safety policies.
• Maintains all club policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.
