Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a friendly deli team member to slice, package and weigh a variety of meats and cheeses. You’ll help Members select products, fulfill special orders, and keep the deli area clean and well-stocked.

This role emphasizes fast service, accuracy and safety in a busy club environment. Ideal candidates bring experience from a deli or food-service setting and enjoy working as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a deli department preferred.
• Knowledge of deli products is helpful.
• Able to operate manual/power slicers and scales.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer service to Members.
• Slice, package, weigh and sell deli products.
• Assist Members with selecting products and fulfill special orders.
• Receive, inspect and rotate deli shipments and maintain cleanliness and safety in the deli area.
