Your duties include arranging vegetables or sliced meats for made-to-order sandwiches, assisting with catering orders, and maintaining food safety standards. Qualifications

To qualify as a Deli Clerk at Sprouts Farmers Market, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent, and have experience in grocery, restaurant, or related fields, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Be dependable, reliable, and friendly, with a positive attitude.
• Possess good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Be flexible with scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Be able to lift up to 70 lbs. and stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Perform general housekeeping and operate equipment safely.
• Adhere to safety, health, and regulatory standards, including obtaining a Food Handlers permit.
• Work in different temperature environments, such as coolers and freezers.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
