Mignosi's Foodtown is a family-owned supermarket in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, serving the community for over 30 years. We are seeking friendly, highly motivated individuals who work well with others. The pay rate and position are negotiable and based on experience. No prior experience is required. This position involves working in a high-volume, New York Style deli department.

Deli Clerk duties and responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer queries, make product recommendations, and provide samples.
2. Custom slice deli meats for customers.
3. Package showcase items for customers.
4. Help customers locate, choose, and purchase products.
5. Weigh, label, and package products for retail sale.
6. Stock and organize displays and showcases.
7. Clean work areas and maintain tools and equipment.
8. Coordinate with staff to follow food safety and hygiene procedures according to company policy.
9. Ensure prompt service and high levels of customer satisfaction.

The position is for mid-day to closing shifts, with hours ranging from 9 am to 8 pm.
