Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company is hiring for a part-time Deli/Cheese Partner in Longview, TX. You will help prepare deli and cheese items, stock shelves, and ensure product quality and safety. The role includes customer service, handling special orders, and maintaining clean displays.

Candidates must be at least 16, 18 to operate equipment, and 21 to drive. Food Handler certification is required with on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist deli/cheese staff with slicing, weighing, packaging, labeling and prep; maintain displays after training.
• Stock and rotate products to meet quality standards.
• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary work and shopping areas per procedures.
• Greet customers and respond to questions; take special order requests by phone and in person.
• Promote product sales using suggestive selling techniques.
