Qualifications

• Read recipes and follow measurements precisely
• Work with minimal supervision and stay productive

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare the department’s daily needs
• Set up and prep food using established procedures
• Maintain sanitation and hygiene standards and keep the work area clean
• Observe proper food handling techniques
• Assist Line Cooks when needed
• Assist Deli Department when needed
• Store food properly with proper dating
