Responsibilities

• Execute policies, programs and procedures for deli/bakery operations.
• Merchandise, price and stock deli/bakery products.
• Assist guests with product recommendations and requests.
• Sell, merchandise, receive and store product.
• Ensure all products, including meals and catering, meet specifications.
• Oversee deli/bakery operations in the manager's absence.
• Maintain guest hospitality and communicate with vendors and associates.
