Busch's is hiring a Deli/Bakery Manager Assistant (Full Time) at our Brighton, MI store. You will assist in managing deli/bakery operations, merchandise and stock, and help guests with product recommendations.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1 year of experience in a high-volume food service, restaurant or retail environment. Food safety certification is preferred, with opportunities for growth in a family-owned Michigan team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute deli/bakery policies and procedures.
• Merchandise, price and stock deli/bakery products.
• Maintain accurate loss records by minimizing waste.
• Assist guests with product recommendations and requests.
• Prepare products to specifications (sandwiches, salads, hot meals).
• Oversee operations in the manager's absence and contribute to performance discussions.
