Responsibilities

• Ensures cleanliness of deli/bakery cases, storage area and work area for safety; includes cleaning shelves and floors.
• Stocks deli/bakery cases with presentation, facing, filling, and organization as per department schematics; ensure pricing accuracy.
• Rotates deli/bakery products and discards expired items.
• Assists customers with purchases and product selection; cross-sell when appropriate.
• Receives, inspects, and logs products for shipment accuracy and quality.
• Monitors PO signs and ensures availability of recipe cards and promotional material.
