The role requires feeding high-volume customer service with attention to quality and safety. Experience in grocery retail and a high school diploma are preferred; natural foods background is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Preferred 1-2 years grocery retail experience in Food Service processes.
• Experience in a natural foods industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keeps deli/bakery cases stocked and clean during business hours.
• Assist customers and maintain a friendly, energetic demeanor.
• Adhere to procedural guidelines set by Food Service Department.
• Ensure product tagging and pricing accuracy.
• Weigh and label products using scales.
• Operate equipment such as knives, scales, wrappers, and hand trucks.
