Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency degree.
• Must maintain the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensures cleanliness of deli/bakery cases, storage area, and work area for safety.
• Stocks deli/bakery cases with accurate pricing and organization.
• Rotates deli/bakery products and discards expired items.
• Assists customers with purchases, information and product selection.
• Receives, inspects, and logs products for shipment accuracy and quality.
• Monitors promotional materials and signage at the point of purchase.
• Operates equipment such as knives, scales, wrappers, and carts.
• Prepares various deli/bakery items following recipes and weights.
• Supports pre-inventory preparation and back stock management.
• Maintains product knowledge and department cleanliness.
