Job summary

Food Lion in Claymont, DE is seeking a Deli Bakery Customer Service associate to provide quality service and maintain department standards. You will help ensure fresh, safe, and attractive product displays while assisting customers with inquiries and requests.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning and displaying of merchandise per policies.
• Ensure proper sanitation of department, equipment and proper food handling/preparation.
• Understand and use company tools such as ACIS and CAO.
• Adhere to company guidelines and standard practice.
• Follow Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines and procedures.
• Report accidents per Food Lion procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
• Wear the Food Lion uniform on duty with a neat appearance.
• Complete CBT and Training courses.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
