• Certified Food Safety Manager or accreditation within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Deli Bakery HMS Department in the absence of the Deli Manager.
• Daily labor management and coaching to meet productivity expectations.
• Provide leadership and motivate store teams to reflect our brand culture.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Deliver fast, friendly customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
• Ensure department appearance, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Oversee ordering, receiving, prep, and display per policies and guidelines.
• Monitor inventory and shrink, coaching associates to prevent losses.
