Busch’s is hiring a Deli/Bakery Manager Assistant to support on-site operations in Michigan. The role is full-time with responsibilities across deli/bakery policies, merchandising, guest assistance and daily production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1 year experience in high-volume food service, restaurant, or retail.
• Food safety certification preferred.
• Strong organization and planning skills to manage deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute policies, programs and procedures for deli/bakery operations.
• Merchandise, price and stock deli/bakery products.
• Ensure waste is scanned and loss records are accurate.
• Assist guests with product recommendations and requests.
• Sell, merchandise, receive and store products.
• Prepare sandwiches, salads, hot meals and catering to specs.
• Oversee deli/bakery operations in manager's absence.
