Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in meat, bakery, produce or deli; helpful for customer service and product flow.
• Clear and precise direction when communicating to the team.
• Ability to resolve conflict by addressing root causes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to analyze financial and statistical information for decisions.
• Ability to teach suggestive selling.
• Experience leading safe work practices at all times.
• Mentor team members across SDITs, hourly staff and team leaders.
• Successful completion of required certifications.
