Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare bakery items per customer requests using proper equipment.
• Offer samples to help customers discover items.
• Inform customers of bakery/deli specials.
• Provide customers with fresh products ordered and correct portions to prevent shrink.
• Suggest deli/bakery items to meet customer needs.
• Use bakery equipment (refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens) per guidelines.
• Prepare foods according to temperature logs and cooking instructions.
• Measure, prepare and mix ingredients per recipe with various utensils.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise.
