Fresh Thyme Market in Fishers, IN is seeking a reliable deli/bakery team member to ensure clean, organized cases and friendly customer service. You will stock, weigh, and label products, assist shoppers, and help maintain safety and sanitation across the deli/bakery area.

The role requires basic food handling knowledge, attention to detail, and flexibility to work varied hours. Industry experience is a plus, with competitive pay and benefits offered.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalency degree.
• Preferred 1-2 years grocery retail experience in Food Service.
• Previous experience in a natural foods industry is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains cleanliness of deli/bakery areas and storage for safety and sanitation.
• Stocks and presents deli/bakery items and ensures accurate pricing tags.
• Checks product rotation and discards expired items.
• Assists customers with purchases and product selection, cross-selling when appropriate.
• Receives, inspects, and logs shipments for temperature and quality.
• Operates equipment such as knives, scales, wrappers, and small machinery.
• Prepares deli/bakery items using correct ingredients and cooking times.
• Weights and labels products accurately for sale.
