Job summary

Harris Teeter in Goldsboro, NC seeks a part-time associate to take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations. You will be expected to build product knowledge, assist with food preparation, stocking, and sales, and collaborate with teammates to create an incredible place to work and shop.

Responsibilities include preparing, processing, packaging, stocking products per Fresh Foods Standards, providing customer service, cleaning, unloading stock, and reloading

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.
Ability to write simple correspondence in English.
Willingness to participate in required training and to work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.

Responsibilities

Take excellent care of customers by satisfying needs and exceeding expectations.
Prepare, process, package, and stock products according to Fresh Foods Standards.
Provide customer service, clean work areas, unload stock, and reload salvage products according to standards.
