A Deli Bakery Clerk at Carlie C’s IGA is responsible for providing prompt, friendly customer service and maintaining a courteous, cooperative work environment with both customers and coworkers. This role focuses on maximizing sales and building long‑term business by preparing, serving, cooking, and cleaning a broad range of products, from fried chicken to 9‑layer cakes.

Duties

• Use scales and printer, understand tare weight.

• Use chicken fryer, monitor grease.
• Prepare meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

• Operate oven, proof box.
• Keep sales area full and rotated.

• Perform any other daily operational duties directed by the Deli/Bakery Manager.
