Job summary

Military Deli & Bakery Services, Inc. is seeking a friendly Deli Bakery Associate for a part-time role with 15–20 hours per week. Shifts run from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, with duties including slicing deli meats, assembling sandwiches, and preparing party trays for our military commissaries.

The ideal candidate is at least 18 years old, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and customer-service oriented. Training in bakery tasks is available, and opportunities for growth exist within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Able to stand and walk for an entire shift.
• Willing to cross-train in deli and bakery tasks.

Responsibilities

• Slice deli meats and cheeses to customer requests.
• Prepare custom party trays and make sandwiches accordingly.
• Stock and organize displays and assist with shipments.
• Maintain proper sanitation and food handling.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and support team members.
• Other deli/bakery tasks such as cake decorating or rotisserie prep may be assigned.

Deli Bakery Associate – Part TimeHiring Immediately!As a Deli Bakery Associate at Military Deli & Bakery Services you will have the opportunity to serve our nation’s Military personnel and their families at one of our 103 US Military Commissary locations. At MDBS our number one goal is to demonstrate a love for food and a passion for people while creating an excellent customer service experience for our well-deserving military customers!This is Not a government job- Everyone welcome!Part time position- Offering 15-20 hours a week.
