Job summary

Military Deli & Bakery Services is hiring a Deli Bakery Associate to serve our nation’s Military personnel at Elmendorf AFB in Anchorage, AK. The role is part-time, about 20 hours per week, with one opener and one closer needed.

You will slice deli meats, prepare trays, keep displays stocked, and ensure proper sanitation while delivering friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age
• Willing to cross-train in bakery and deli tasks as needed
• Effective and friendly communication skills
• Knowledge of basic math and the ability to follow written guidelines
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation
• Ability to stand and walk short distances for an entire shift
• Tolerates working in freezers for up to 20 minutes at a time
• Team player
• Grocery, food service or retail experience a plus
• Some weekend shifts are required

Responsibilities
