Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and assist customers with deli orders and product selections.
• Safely slice meats & cheeses to customer specifications.
• Handle text & special orders promptly for all customers.
• Stock and rotate deli products, ensuring freshness, proper labeling, and attractive displays.
• Maintain knowledge of deli offerings, including pricing and sale items.
• Monitor product quality, packaging, dates and presentation.
• Prepare salads, sandwiches, and fresh slice items as assigned.
• Clean slicers, tools and work areas, and help keep the deli department organized and sanitary.
